What is online training?
It’s training that is time- and location-independent, plus it’s cost-effective.
After a thorough assessment of your application, your life, and a movement screen, we’ll start you on the great quest to achieve your desired goals. You will train anywhere you can, at any time you can, for a price that is less than or equivalent to a car payment.
Is it the same program for everybody?
The program is designed for you, and accommodates YOUR life, YOUR needs, and YOUR goals to help you achieve the body you’ve always wanted. The meal plan works for YOU and YOUR life, not anybody else’s. It’s not a cookie cutter approach.
How long is it for?
My philosophy doesn’t include quick fixes. It takes time to see any solid progress. Therefore the minimum time frame for training is 3 months.
Who is it for?
I only work with people who are committed to change, who are willing to focus, and who are serious about getting results. If this sounds like you, feel free to apply.
I also work with people who have at least 6 months of strength training experience. I DO NOT work with people who haven’t done any strength training before. If you’re new to strength training, it might be a good idea to work with someone face-to-face for a few months.
I will work with you if I’m confident I can help. Unfortunately, I’m not a magician and don’t have a magic wand. I can’t help everyone. And if I believe I can’t help you due to various reasons, I’ll refer you to the people I think may be a good fit for you.
