Hey there, I’m Lana Sova – a crazy Eastern European who fell in love with powerlifting. I’m a shamelessly strong head coach of the Academy. My mission is to help women discover their strength and own it.

 

On this website, you’ll find strength training for women,  powerlifting, fitness, and nutrition advice to help you reach your goals once and for all.

You’ll chance on down to earth and straightforward ideas mixed with a little bit of a potty mouth-ness. Stubborn Taurus in me doesn’t tolerate bullshit (pun intended, heh) covered approach to both, fitness and life.
